Self-Management: The Florence Low FODMAP Diet was developed to provide additional support and symptom tracking to IBS patients following the Low FODMAP diet.

After introducing Flo to support their diabetic caseload, the team have renewed a patient’s confidence in managing her diabetes giving the patient freedom to get on with her life.

The patient lived in a residential care home, and their diabetes was difficult to control, with blood glucose (BG) readings anywhere between 2mmol and 30mmol being recorded.

A respiratory network call featured Corinne Clark of NHS Highland on using Florence for patients with poorly controlled asthma. She described how text support can increase engagement across a large rural area where a clinic visit may mean a long journey.
