Ingolv's mission is to automate care: manage more patients, deliver better outcomes, and free up clinical teams.
He believes that changing patient behavior and enabling self-management are key to better healthcare, especially for people with multiple long-term conditions. He is obsessed with learning from others, whether patients, clinicians, his own team, or experts in the field. He also cares deeply about coaching the Generated Health team, building on strengths, and giving continuous feedback.
Ingolv grew up in Norway and studied in Switzerland. He spent a decade with Goldman Sachs in London, Frankfurt, and New York. Almost 20 years ago, he founded his first health-tech company. Since then, he has helped build several healthcare start-ups and scale-ups, including Active Health Partners, Mobizio, and ART. Today he works with teams in the US and UK.
Outside work, Ingolv keeps fit and loves time with his wife, his dog, and their three grown-up children, when they're not scattered across the globe. He and his wife are keen gardeners. His specialty is a collection of rose sculptures, and he is an enthusiastic amateur tree surgeon. At conferences, look for his trademark high-vis sneakers.
